Recently I read in a post there is a specific amount of lock downs you can have in a house. What is the lockdown amount. Does it matter the size of the house?

....and...

How can you tell the % left you have before reaching the max?

Depends on house size, and you can check it by double clicking the house size. If I remmeber correctly!

You can also double click your house sign and select storage and it will give you the specific amounts you can have for storage and lockdowns and how much you have used of each.
