Does this skill have any affect on forging in this shard or have I wasted 100 skills?

Wasted space set it to lower and Raise a new skill

It used to really do something in the early days of UO... oh, the good old days.  Now it's only good for helping raise Str. stat, I belive.

Yeah cause I remember way before it was the skill which added that %35 damage bonus to weapons when you crafted exceptional. Well thanks.

If you wish to live on the daring side... I think it allows you to use some rune augment abilities lol.
