All kinds of problems!

Hey guys! I am having all kinds of problems getting in! It says I don't have a client, but I did what Marlenus said to get in, and it's not working. The file still shows up like a text file, even thought it is not named with at .txt, infact, his directions said to take the .txt part off, and it never had one when I downloaded it! I don't know what I am doing wrong! Any ideas? -Ashlee

Open "my computer"
Click on "tools" at the top
Click "folder options"
Click to go to the "view" tab
UNCHECK the box next to where it says "hide file extensions for known file types"

Great, so I got that fixed! That is one less problem it could be! Now, it is still doing the same thing, and I have absolutely no idea what to do! Any other suggestions? And thanks for showing me how to fix the .txt problem! -Ashlee
