Unable to open client

So i joined the shard about a week ago and i was able to play fine, all the patches downloaded and i logged in and everything ran smoothly...now, a week later, when i click on it it says "unable to open client"...i havent done anything between the time it worked and stopped working that would have any effect on it. I tried deleting patches, and then when i click the shard it re downloads everything fine but then after they download i get the "unable" message again. If anyone has any advice on how to fix it i would appreciate it!!

hmmmm what version of razor are you using?

I did this and was able to play:

Downloaded Ultima Online: ML somewhere. I dont remember where.
Installed UO
Downloaded Razor at http://www.runuo.com/razor/Razor_Latest.exe
Installed Razor
Downloaded these things:

http://www.sylvandreams.co.uk/sd/client.rar
http://www.sylvandreams.co.uk/sd/uose-statics.rar
http://www.sylvandreams.co.uk/sd/cliloc2.rar
I extracted them all into my UO directory.
Then I ran Razor, put ip 195.149.63.175 and port 2593 in ip and port field.
