BODs

Well if it isn't one thing with me its another, lol. This time i have a question about BODs. Are they completely random or do you have a better change at better BODs and Lbods the higher your skill in blacksmithing goes?

If I remember right the Bod orders goes like this, you have to have a small amount of skill to recive bod orders from the npc's , once your able to recieve bod's then you can collect the non exceptional bods once every hour till you hit about 70 in skill. after you hit about 70 then you can get a random bod every 2 hours.  from 70 to about 110 you can get a misture of exceptional and normal bods, and from 110 to 120 you get mostly exceptional Bod's. but they are all random on which bod's you get.
