id hate to turn into a noob by asking but how does the plants and harvest system work on this newer UO?
You need lumberjacking to plant and harvest the crops.
You don't need a real high LJ skill to do it, either.
But more helps as you get more crops from each pull if you have higher Lumberjacking.
Also, be sure the character who plants is the one that's going to harvest.
And let me add my welcome to the shard. Let us know when you have questions, we've got a lot of custom thingys that are really nice once you learn of them :).
*wonders if Cael can make a plant that explodes when you harvest. that would sure keep acacia's Wabbits outta my carrots once and for all*
