Shurtyrr's Journal entry #13
     Seems that vampiric witch is getting the better of me.  She is getting in my head, but I think I may
     have gotten in her head as well.  While getting her to turn on her ideals for the vampiric bloodlust
     would be oooh so tempting, I fear even I might fall victim to it.  She is a sneaky one.  Her blades
     are sharp and trained on me.  I must proceed with caution and not spill my plans to her so easily.
     What sway does she have over me?  Is it some sort of vampiric trick?  She now knows of my second
     intended target, even though the first seemed to have locked himself away in the Fae city.

     I heard it today.  While I was hunting I heard a voice, a snake like voice hissing in my head.  It called
     for the destruction of lolth, which I will gladly do.  Certainly it knows I then would come after her next.
     Slither, Lolth, or the Fae gods they are all the same and on my list!  Why would Slither call to me?
     Certainly ... it cannot be.   Zinzerena's deception?  A snake coiled to crush the spider?  for vengeance?
     My goddess Zinzerena, the pain i felt coursing through my soul when I felt you die by the hands of Lolth!
     I made my vow to never follow another god... but... what if Zinzerena is using her usual deceptions to
     wait and strike at Lolth under the form of a new god...  Why else would she call?

    With a deep breath and one last focus on the direction of the pull the tome had on him he stepped into the Faerie portal of Failte.  His excitement grew as he stepped through the portal to Wind.  The usual dizzy sensation knocked him from his concentration.  His eyes readjusted to the darker tunnels, the smell of sea air was replaced by stale mildew of a cave.  The sun warm skin quickly cooled in the damp cold tunnels.  He once again cleared his thought and tried to find the pull of the tome, but there was nothing.  I sensed the tome but there was no pull.

"Probably the powerful magics that still permeate all of Wind" he thought to himself.

     Abraxys knew there would be obstacles in his path, but didn't expect one so soon.  Wind wasn't a large city but had many libraries for an ancient tome to hide in.  One Fae couldn't hope to find the book quick enough, but perhaps the whole of Wind may help.  The Maithaos tribe were organized, efficient, and quick to follow an order, especially one given by the gods.  With no Elder rallying the Maithaos may take some time to convince, while most gave up on their suspicions of the Dria'octhaos tribe, there will still be those who have not.

     Abraxys smiled at the thought.  He truly loved each of the tribes and all their quirks, rituals, and behaviors. However, it is quite amazing he ever accomplished anything as each new law or governmental regulation seemed to have met with resistance from one tribe or another.  This task and many of the ones to follow will suredly be met with the same resistances.  The Fae were on a whole a stubborn race.

     I was recently called to Dhaune Sinore's aid.  It seems the Spider Goddess Lolth, made an appearance.  Quickly I found myself subdued by the   
     Goddess, I must learn to act quickly or else.  Dhaune Sinore is now greatly weakened by a curse, however now is not the time...   Dhaune Sinore
     called me to help the fox spirited human that Lolth trapped.  My skills and cunning lead me to a great spider's cave where I saved the fox spirited   
     human.

     Seems the strange vampiric woman was quite upset with my clever disguise.  Her threats are meaningless however.  Her body is a body of a
     killer, but her soul is that of a sappy surface dweller.  However she is dangerous in another way.  Seems she got me to spill some information
     about my next victims.   First my Matron Mother, whom tried to assassinate me, then the Dojo Master because I my disguise needed purpose,
     and now my next Target, The Oracle of the Fae.   I have seen his gifts first hand, though he couldn't even see through my disguise, now in my
     truest form he might.  I have worked too hard and came to far to have my plans unravel now.  I now wait for the Oracle to return to his     
     manor so I may pluck out his eyes, one by one by one.

The FAE guild is being revived and Changes are coming soon.

Buki's Journal entry #68
    I finally became a master of Jade Monk Dojo with the passing of the last true Master.
    I hope I am strong enough to lead what few students remain and also learn the techniques
    the old master seemed to have known.  I cannot rush and greedily look at the Dojo's sacred
    manuscripts so soon.

    While familiarizing myself with the lands I came across a might warrior, a fox spirited human.
    His combat skills even seem to outshine the Dojo Masters.  Perhaps in time I can learn from him
    as well.

    Under training of this fox spirited human I have grown  much stronger and quicker than I would have
    imagined capable.  I am near the apex of physical training.  My skills combat skills have greatly evolved.

    I been working to help protect a faerie miner during his excavations.   It seemingly pays well and rarely
    am I called into action.

    After some time escorting the faerie miner through his daily gathering he finally paid me with a strange
    weapon.  He got it from his Master and the fox spirited human.   Seems this fox spirited warrior is into
    everything.   I need to show more caution while around him.

    I stopped escorting the faerie to learn and practice this strange weapon.  It allows me to hit enemies at
    a distance.  It is powerful and enchanted with strange magics.  Its not even listed in the Dojo manuscripts.
    Whatever it is, its deadly and my training will only make it more so.

    I met a strange vampiric woman who hunts her own kind.  She also used many of the skills and weapons
    to what I do, even this great weapon called a "Chakram".  I learned much of its uses and history.  I will
    have to make note of these in the Dojo manuscript.

    A seemingly drunken wolven express great desire in removing my head.  As usual I played it off as being
    weak.

    I have kept close eye on the Drow for some time.  Watching many of their movements.  Their influence
    spreads quickly.  Many seem to accept and even help them.  Why?

    After observing the goings of the Drow for some time, I learned they are on a quest to destroy their
    Slaving Goddess LLoth.   I never had much use for such gods.

    I believe the time is finally here.  I must act quickly before its too late.  It will be risky but its time
    to act.  All my training has lead to this very moment.   I have grown in strength and skill over the
   past months.  All of that skill and more will be needed now.  Now I must remove this disguise..

    I have revealed my truest form.  After nearly being lost in this land, after assuming the identity of
    Buki, I was finally able to gain the power I desired.   I must seek out this Tulsheress and gain entry
    into this growing Empire before such chances are lost.

    I am now a member of Culhind Tulsher, the Drow Empire.  The Tulsheress was quite impressed with
    my skill of an Assassin.  She promoted me to Commander of the Darkhand nearly on the spot.  It seems
    my long planned deception in this land has paid off.   I have learned many of the fighting techniques of
    the people of the realm as Buki,  now to employ those techniques as my own.

I believe its up now!

     Abraxys paced around his small study in Branathar Manor contemplating the survival of the Fae as he always had.  It was his birthright, his divine calling, his only tether in this realm.  He had to organize is thoughts into crystal clarity if he wished to communte with the Fae gods.  It was no good, his pacing only quickened as his mind began to race even more.  Unknowingly in his distress his mind reached for the divine realm as if some sort of defensive reaction to his growing frantic pace.  

   All at once he found himself in the presence of all four of the Fae Gods.  Their faces reflecting his.   Abraxys was greatly unprepared for such a communion with one of the gods let alone all four.  He tried to slow his storming mind and simplify his thoughts to sort out what happened.  Before he could even tackle the first thought he heard her voice.  It was soft and warm matronly voice.

" We heard your call and felt your distress." Sa'luna whispered.  Her face shown of motherly concern.  Her pale face glowing  with a soft white light that seem to only intensify the colors of her green flowing dress.

"It isn't often we all come together, however we feel as you feel." Xenthril said diplomatically. His bodily glow catching on this golden chain shirt.

"I... didn't mean... I wasn't ready.." Abraxys mouthed, thoughts still reeling in a growing tempest of emotion, fear, and awe.

Seraphina rolled her eyes and looked very annoyed at Abraxys's less than graceful speech. Her eyes settled back on Abraxys and begin to darken and narrow much has her void black shroud.

Aurora softly put her finger over her lips in an effort to calm Abraxys.  Abraxys felt a divine peace fall over him and the cranial tempest settled like the calm after a storm.  "It was we who called you, at least in part.  I believe you felt our pull and reflexively came to us, to be more accurate." Aurora slowly spoke. Her silvery glow pulsating at every syllable. "We sense your concern of the decaying state of the Fae people.  As Xenthril said, we feel this way too.  You have guided the Fae through many of the Ages in our place.   Even now you guide the Fae even while the Elders of the tribe are asleep and gone from this realm.  However, It is time again to awaken the Fae, and lead them to new heights.  There is still much of the culture you must rediscover.  We will aid you where we can."

As if it was all rehearsed, Xenthril raised his right hand in a conjuring fashion. A soft glowing golden orb lifted from his palm and quickly flitted to Abraxys landing on his forehead. "This piece of knowledge I will grant to you, its a location of a tome you might find very interesting." he said with a sly smile.

"Be warned however, nothing comes for free." Seraphina grinned wickedly.  "The tome could be a blessing or it could be a curse."

"It is what you make of it, I suppose" Sa'luna interrupted.  Her eyes falling upon her willful child, scolding her for her wicked games before returning them to Abraxys.  "Abraxys, this is all we can give you at this time.  It will lead you on a great quest.  Good luck."  

   At the end of those words Abraxys' eyes pop open to reveal he was back within his own study.  His mind calm and focused.  He could feel the pull of this object he was meant to search for, almost see the tome in a pile of old books in one of the older buildings of Wind.  "What could it be?" he pondered as he descended from his study in the tower to his basement and out into the bright sky of Failte.   The Sun's golden hue's seemed to radiate all the brighter.  He looked up in recognition of the celestial form of Xenthril.  "Thank you Xenthril for this knowledge, and thanks to the Fae gods for this renewal of hope." He quickly and calmly continued his path to the Fae river plaza and to the Fae portal into Wind...  (The end of chapter 1)

Its been a while and its still down.  I am sending good vibes and positive energy to Llewelyn in hopes all is well with them first, and later the servers/shard.   Going a bit stir crazy not being able to plan my Domination of Sylvan.    In the mean time I guess I will be posting random things in the forums to try keeping people active.  I know alot of the storms at least here in the US had strong winds and flooded a lot of areas out in the Midwest.  I hope all is well and its just a precaution as the storms meet to keep rolling though.

I cannot connect to Sylvan, but I noticed things been acting up on my laptop lately..

Yeah walked into that joke I suppose.  I swear its the technical term for the little hook on the ends of the micro usb plug.

Sorry guys for my absence from the game.  Work has sent me to many of the New Emgland states and I am getting really bad data signal.  Also my charge/sync cord's male connector prongs are bent.  I will be back on soon I hope.
