usefull to see what your connection is to the server , which is what it was designed for. hehe Just like right now it tells me that the brit internet likes dropping packets atm for me. but I have seen that very differant as well

but really it was for someone that was having problems...they wanted to check their connection, and asked ingame if any had ideas.
