Spawns and loot

I haven't been playing on this shard long, and therefore don't have a char capable of of hitting up my favorite monsters to hunt, mainly dragons and drakes in destard. I was was wondering if the loot all throughout the are similar to that of OSI or the information on stratics? I'm not asking where any spawns are and I know some have been changed. I am simply wondering if the loot that these monsters drop where ever they may be are similar to OSI or stratics, then I can that website as a database to figure what I want to hunt. Thank you
