Language in Public Chat and in general

Okay everyone I know we are a close knit bunch and we like to joke around but things are getting a bit too free spirited.  I want everyone to watch what they say and that includes the "oh I was just joking around" abuse being flung at people.

No this does NOT mean we can't still joke and have fun, I like to do this too but it is time to remember there is fun and then there is things that sound mean spirited.  So let's all just take a breath, step back and go back to fun stuff.

As a rule, if you have to wonder if I am talking to you, I probably am.
