May 08 Pet War Top Pets

Our pet war events are really growing.  When we first started, there might be the occasional dragon or fire steed, and not we are having large groups of them at each event.  The pets are getting so competitive, it isn't always the same one that wins over and over.  Great work all you tamers!  Remember, you non-tamers can get involved because we have classes for common horses and war horses.

Now, on to our winners:

Horse:  There were 7 competitions for the Horse catagory.  Tops for the month was Brianna and her Hallow's Mare with 4 wins total.

War Horse:  We had 10 out of 10 competitions with War Horses entered.  A lot of great beasts fought, and in the end we had a tie with 3 wins each from Artemis and Clyde and Rocks with Cherish.

Frenzied Ostard:  There were 10 battles for the frenzied, several winning battles, but the top beast in the end was Cosira with a really mean Apex taking 5 of the 10 battles

Unicorn - Kirins:  Again a full round of 10 battles and some really close matches.  We had a 3 way tie with 3 wins per person.  Artemis with Starfire, Christina with Magic and Rocks with Sky.

Nightmare:  Another 10 battle event with the winner being Melilai and Eclipse with 4 wins.

Firesteed:  Great to see so many firesteeds in the Pet Wars. We had competition in 10 for 10 in May, some very tough competitions.  The player with the most wins for the month was Melilai and Ember, 3 wins.

Ridable Dragons:  Ridables were in 8 events with the top beast having 3 wins, Alexia with her ridable dragon.

Blood Steed:  We only had 1 battle with blood steeds and that went to Cosirs and Silk

Acacia's Baby Bunny:  There were 10 competitions for the little blue balls of fluff.  The winner is Que with his bunny and 5 wins.

Bake Kitsune:  There were 6 battles for the Bakes and the winner taking all 6 fights was Rocks and Crossfire.

Rune Beetle: There were 4 events with Rune beetles and sadly we didn't have any clear winner since there was a different winner for each event.

Dragon: 10 for 10 battles for the noble dragon, coming up with a tie of 4 wins each for Artemis and General and Cosira with Onalith.

White Wyrms:  We have always had some great competition in the White Wyrms, May was no exeption.  We had 10 battles, several winners, but the one with the most wins was Ryne with Shinoak having 3 wins.

Blood Dragon:  I think we had the most battles to date in the Blood Dragon catagory with 6 battles.  Rising to the top of the Bloods was Alexia with DementedOne having 3 wins.

Amethyst Dragon:  We had a total of 4 competitions for the Amethyst with Cosira and Rylianth coming out on top with 2 wins.


Thank you all for competting and making Pet Wars a success!  We are now ready to look ahead to the June battles and the possible addition of a seperate weekend war.
