Asking about quest locations IN PUBLIC CHAT AND FORUMS

Everyone who reads this, do me a favor and reread the title.  See the part in capital letters?  This is what is starting to tick me off again.  We try and have an event and 5 seconds later people are asking for hints and where stuff is in public chat or in the forums.  STOP doing it, do something drastic and ya know, play the game and look around if you are interested in the item.  Now once again since people will not actually read what I am saying here, we do NOT object to players helping each other with quests.  It is the PUBLIC spoiling of quests which is not allowed.  Now go out there and have some fun.
