as far as I know the item just has a low drop rate, as most things we desire often elude us .

Don't quote me on this, because I'm not truly sure. My thought behind why they made it set to immoveable is so that it is locked to the player that gets it and that it cannot be sold to other players. if you need it moved in your bag i would be more than happy to do that for you tho.

This is the new Portal you can rent to help you move into a new home. It is meant to help players move there belongings easily between the two houses. The cost is 50k to rent one for 2 days (or when a GM becomes availible to remove the portal).
I hope this makes the moving process much easier .

I have added a extra quest key and quest door to the quest. if you have an old quest book that only has 2 items in it (the old Key and bank check) you will need to get a new quest book or you wont be able to open the gate to Paroxymus.
