Yeah, most of the "wish" list things tend to require coding which usually means it either wont happen or will take a fair bit of time and balancing to actually make it work. I think we need to try to make the shard better/more enjoyable by doing things that we as players can do. Also doing things like the mentor system brings the community/friends closer together and encourages role-play (which is another plus).

Ideally I think things like "mentoring" should happen more in guilds, but since some are not in guilds (myself included) or other guilds are somewhat inactive and we dont exactly get a new player every week its not the greatest idea. However as Link said, if the "mentors" basically wrote down in a book the tips and tricks (surprisingly certain ways can increase training speed by immense amounts)
