Hello, I was wondering when I craft Runic Armor using the barbed kit what is the highest you can get LRC on a piece of leather? Is it 20? or up to 25? Thanks

i dont think i ever seen over 20   i think the most i ever got was 18

20% is the highest on a crafted piece of armor.
