Ok I am having major difficulties connecting to UO with gateway...Gateway keeps freezing anytime I click on something I have uninstalled reinstalled rebooted and everything...Is there a way to put the server address manually in the Login file that is in the main directory??? If so then I should be able to connect
I was having difficulties as well.... this is what I did maybe it will help you
Install game and patch to 5.06
then open the UOGateway and click on new local server and go here on our forums and type in what you see in each line. Make sure you click razor yes if you are using it. then hit save. When you go and click on Slyvan the patches should be a few seconds each all four, if they are not they did not patch all the way and delete and repeat it until you get all the patches. *this has happened to me a couple of times. Try this and see if it works.. *wishes them luck*

If you're looking for the old-school way of extracting the patches directly over your UO installation, the info is here, under "Manual". If you're doing this in windows, you don't need to worry about upper/lower case filenames.

Bear in mind that it will mean if you need to run Gateway to connect to another server, or EA or even us after we finish the graphic switchover to ML, you'll have to start from scratch again.
Okay one more question...What are the Registry Entries for UO Gateway...I believe the problem deals with gateway being that it constantly freezes up all the time...If anyone can help me with the locations of all the entries...I already found and deleted the one under Mr Fixit...Just wondering if there are anymore anywhere else...thank you
