I've been happy in the first few days installed UO and playing. I recognised all the default text colours, name colours and such. But these are changed mysteriously in the fourth day of my gameplay, without me touching any modifications, and I didn't have Razor or other third party programs on the day this weirdness started.
Light around me during night time is strangely scattered. Other lights that my character isn't close to, blends normally.

Second significant weirdness is the colours of my earrings, ring, bracelet and gorget in my paperdoll:

Third weirdness will not be as significant on a screenshot, but the NPC name colours did changed without me touching those options at all. Red names turned into dark purple, grey names turned to light blue (a blue named zombie = friendly zombie? ;D ), and it goes on. The system messages also turned blue when it's supposed to be grey.
Another weirdness, but probably not part of this problem: Are felines supposed to have pale white skin when they are in human form? The moment I chose to be Feline, I noticed my skin changed to light, muddy brown. After I transformed into a kitty and turned back, closed and opened my paperdoll, my skin becomes pale white. And you can see that in the above screenshot that I'm still pale white. It used to be the colour you get on the paperdoll when you're not in human form, but I don't know if it is supposed to stay white after you shift out.
Any inputs will be appreciated. Thank you for your patience of reading this long-winded... complaint? ;D
Have you tried setting all your tabs in the options menu to default?
Thank you Corsair, it helps! But now... I seem to get a longer delay whenever I start up UO after clicking the link from UOG (with Razor enabled). I hope it won't actually affect much?
must be your video card settings and/or patch info when installing.. i know when i repartitioned my drive and tried to play UO i experienced the very same thing.. problem is i don't remeber what I did to fix it :(

check your plug for your monitor i have had mine loose and some stuff was all tinted blue at times

I've never heard of that... If it's in Sylvan Heart I must have missed it and will pay a visit. Are there any cookies to buy?
On a more related note... I'm using GForce4 MX 440, and I heard that anything with MX in it is not worth having. I guess I just need a new computer :-\

There are some video cards out there under $50 (US) that should work in your computer and can still play most games releasing recently. If you need to look for one, feel free to ask me.
What are you patched to? If i remember correctly there was a patch out there for a short time that caused those funky colors on the paperdoll. If you can try patching one patch up.

I installed ML without doing any patching, and it's at 4.0.5b. I remember it happened to me long, long time ago as well, but there was a way to fix it besides setting everything to default. I just can't remember how anymore.
And I doubt I can fix it by simply changing the graphic card... I just can't tell which are compatible with my current motherboard =/
