When you send me a message with anything to do with your account, a problem with it, need to change password, question about in game issues, PLEASE include your account name. There are many people who do not have the same forums name as their account name in game. Imagine how hard it is when someone messages, "Hey, Acacia, can ya put my account on hold? Thanks" and not one word mentioned on what that account is, or even a player name for me to chase it down with. Or... "I need you to change my password," again no account name. So include your game account name.
