OK I'm not sure if this can be sorted out for me, but i hope it can be at least sorted out for other people in the future!
It was a dark and stormy night.. i was sailing my crappy little boat, looking for an unoccupied island to set up our Guild HQ on, when i came across a beach. SNAKESSSS SNAAAAKES. They were everywhere, sea serpents of the deep, battering me until i wore my buttocks as hat.
I tried to sail away, heading offshore a little.. when i ran into something. A great big buggering black square, right in the middle of the water. It could have meant to look like something else i guess, and was just a graphics glitch, or i dunno, some random error in the water did me in.

But pretty much, i sailed into the square, the boat stopped, i couldn't turn or come about or go forwards or anything. Resulting in being shafted by *
deleted due to no need for cursing* snakes on a boat, washed ashore and watching my boat and possessions decay into nothing.
Please help! Even if i can't get the stuff back, i just wanna know if its a bug that can be fixed or if it was one of those random-can't-be-helped kind of things.
Sorry for the immensely long post, i was waiting for an episode of Family Guy to load and needed to occupy myself for 10 minutes!

Hard for us to check out the area without knowing where you are... like coordinates and such. Doing a [where and writing down what it told you would have helped.
Well its kind of a little hard to get coordinates when im dead, washed ashore on an island, and the place i ran into it was the middle of the sea!
And you removed the word *deleted again since there is no need for it, stop using it*, yet let crappy and buggering slide?
I understand you frustration but please take the polite hint of censorship for what it is and don't repeat what was thankfully deleted by staff for obvious reasons (i.e. family shard) Repeating the offense is only going to villify you and do nothing to aid your cause.
You can still type [where when you are dead. I can't even maybe track down where you are cause I'm clueless what your character name is.
Sadly, this could be an error in the Sylvan world map, but also some of it can be an error in your game install world map. I know I am patched up higher with OSI because I still have an OSI account (heaven only knows why.) I know that has altered some of the Sylvan world map for me. I have a lot of errors in the roadways.
