This has totally been an oversite on my part, and the Shard Council brought it to my attention. We now issue birth certificates for all our Sylvan newborns. We just need parents to page after the happy event and Staff will issue a birth certificate for your child, with the name and birth date on it. We still offer the baby naming ceremonies should anyone wish to take advantage of something like that.
