I'm sure I speak for everyone... well, maybe not Caelan or Thane, but they are ornery... but we sure wish only the best to anyone and everyone who will be affected by this hurricane.  Truly hope it will weaken and not be like Katrina.

Hey ornery or not I want everyone here with us safe and sound.  How else can I abuse them and crush their spirits??

I want it to come take me to Canada! I've never been to Canada. If it hits like they say, it will be a category 1 hurricane when it gets to me.

East Texas...Rita was the last one that came through here. Rita was after Katrina and you would think that the powers that be had learned a little something, but alas no. There were police guarding gas stations, empty shelves in grocery stores, power outages for weeks and of course the damage from the storm itself. We didn't suffer the way the people of New Orleans did, but we had people from New Orleans here having to relive it all again, and it wasn't pretty.
