I really took you for some kind of heavy metal listening type of person. Maybe some 80's big hair rock'n and rollin type stuff, but those songs change my entire view of you.

The day I made this post, a relative was having issues with her boyfriend and there was mention made of smashing his vehicle with a crowbar. So, to make her feel better, and to distract her from actually doing it, I found those songs on you tube and had her watch them. She liked the Carrie Underwood video the best and watched it over and over! It made her laugh, calmed her down, and the guy's vehicle was never damaged.
My taste in music ranges widely, depending on my mood, which also ranges widely...
I'm really not a "Beavis & Butthead" metal type band fan. I just don't find it appealing. It all tends to sound the same to me, like RAP, of which I also am not a fan.
Not knocking anyone that likes that kind of music, it's just not something I care to listen to.
In rock & roll, I tend to prefer 60's-70's rock, but then I am a tad bit older then most folks here.

sounds like im a mix of both Thane and Caelan's tastes. Im not a huge fan of all the 80s stuff, but I do like alot of the main stream type 80s metal, like Metallica, Guns n Roses, Megadeth, White Zombie (more early 90s but same style.) I do however prefer the 60s-70s rock. Led Zep, Kiss, ZZtop, Floyd. I get into alot of newer stuff too though including some of the early 90s punk, grunge, and alot of hip hop from the mid 90s up. Sublime is probably my all time favorite band though.
