The rare artifacts for defeat the doom guantlet bosses are activated?

They are activated. They do drop. Just good luck getting them. XD Dark Father has a 1:100 and mini-bosses are 1:1000 (increasing 1 per kill until arti drops) supposedly. That's taken from retail though, which may be a little different from here. If you ever want to go to Doom, look up Tempest or Maeltstrom. I'm always happy to take people in there. :) (Or Riain)
