ya just like random drops. No reason just drops then I can log back in for a while

Yes.

There have been a LOT of dropped connections to SH. There is some issue in the COAX line coming in.
I have technicians coming out tomorrow to try and trace the lines, see where the problems are.

Thank you for the update Llewellyn! We can now rest easier knowing it is a provider issue and not a server issue. Hope they find the issue and correct it.
