Having looked at these, I don't think we have any of them.
I don't think the new player ones are needed because skill gains here are fast enough already for most skills and you can start with two skills at 100 or three skills at 70 if I remember right.
The plague one sounds like it ties into the lore of the blighted grove. We have our own slightly different version of that lore and quests that go along with it.
We have our own underwater dungeon, but there's not a quest that goes with it. However, this is a neat idea that I might explore later.
