::he felt his body fall, he watched and sensed as his guardian materialized even though he was not supposed to be anywhere near there at that time. He laughed as they rejoiced. The fools. Didn't they know he could not be vanquished so easily? Did they not realize he was just as strong in or out of his body? Obviously they had not discovered the secret he has worked so hard to keep hidden. Slowly the decaying flesh left over from the fight is drawn together. An arm from one body, a leg from another, and so on until a new fully formed corpse lays upon the cold tiles. He slowly sinks his presence into the corpse and allows his essence to empower it::
::once again he has a form, once again he has the means to accomplish his goals. He rises and stretches out his right hand. The staff, laying against the wall where it fell, flies into his hand as he moves over to his desk. Pleased to see nothing is disturbed he continues where he left off. His voice a mere whisper as he works::

::he had spent many days and nights working endlessly to complete his newest guardian. One he knew would not fail him. It was while placing the finishing touches on this hideous beast that he began to sense something he had not felt in a very long time. Pausing from his work he slowly starts to circle around his summoning chamber, trying to recall what the feeling is::
::after a short time his pacing slows and then stops as the realization of what he is sensing hits him fully::
No! It can't be...... How could he be alive after all these years....
::he quickly moves to his desk and starts to work out how to stop this new threat::
