is it just me?
Just woke up and can apparently log in (didn't just checked if I could, got to character login). Problem either fixed itself or could have been hickup on your end.
I'm able to log in with no problems.
I did create an installer for Sylvan that I believe Cypress will be passing around a link to if he hasn't already. Look for that sometime soon as it should eliminate most people's login problems. Unless the shard is down of course... :P
