i still cant get it to go    sigh

this is how it is in my uogateway

i went through the steps and  loaded the patchs the way it says to and changed the ip and port and i still cant get  it to show right  once i save settings and close it out to reopen and the  shard goes to patch it pops up with a     " client.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close we are sorry for the inconvenience "     what am i doing wrong ? ?   please help me so i can play    i just want to play  *crys*

i cant get it to work i have uninstalled everything that i was sapose to and then started on this i get the  uoml_setup.exe thing  and it pops up on to my desk top  but when i go to open it to install the setup thing i get nothing  why  it wont run it wont open nothing    does anyone know what i maybe doing wrong i would so love to play on the shard whith everyone  hehehe
