No real caps for an actual stat; dex gains for bandages cap out though.

Dexterity has caps, but they are based on what you're trying to maximize:

Chance to block (DEX needed is based on weapon type - one handed, two handed, shield)
How fast you attack (DEX value needed is based on the attack speed of the weapon)
Bandage application (This has a programmed SH hard-cap that is something like 185[?])

As has already been pointed out, Firebreath can only be "helped" by Resisting Spells, Raw HP, or Evasion where it is able to be cast.  You must prevent the 'one shot', and there is no magic for that. Pun in ten did.

Also note that the block chances as granted by Dexterity are not linear but a step function.  You won't notice the next "level" of performance until you are at or surpass it.

It could take up to 24 hours for the changes to propagate, but it should be quicker for most.

Did you try licking the battery terminals? It might still work.

Button on the "resource" gump that pulls all of the items that are movable in your house into the check of that type (or all types).

Ex) Pull all ingots that are not locked down into the chest.

I'm pretty sure in Razor you can add clients and select a "client.exe".  It's been ages, but you shouldn't have to go into the registry.

My router was all sorts of messed up today.  I was at work, but my wife couldn't even browse.

I've restarted the router and it appears to be functioning again.  It hasn't been rebooted for over 180 days so I guess this isn't too bad of a run.

What part of the real globe. 1545 EST? PST? CST? GMT?
