Okay those of you who were crashing around ogres, what sort of error message were you getting?  We are trying to figure out what the problem is so we can hopefully get it fixed and that means we can enjoy the ogrey goodness again.

Please post here what sort of error message you get, how far you are patched with OSI, what operating system you are using.  

Does anyone have the shard patches installed?  If you are running with the Sylvan Heart 1.0 patches and connecting to the new server, it would make sense because we distribute our own client.exe.  This might be the most likely culprit, because this seems like an application issue. 

What method are you using to connect?
Try using just Razor to connect, does this help?
What ConnectUO patches are you using?
What version of ConnectUO?
Which character was this on?

Hello I am making an inquiry of current and former players who have either stopped playing or don't play much anymore.

Why is it you don't play Sylvan any longer?  What changes could lure you back?  Please be as specific as possible.  Anything along the lines of "the shard sucks now" will be deleted. 

I want to try and get back the home that Sylvan used to be and your help is needed.  Thank you and hope that some of you will chime in with some concrete answers.

There has been a new deliver of seeds to the Florist in Moonglow.  Go and see if you can pry them from her fingers.

Hello all I wanted to say that I know I have not been around as much as normal recently and for that I apologize.  Things got busy and I was distracted and I fell down on the job.  That is not an excuse it is an explanation.

I am picking myself up now and going to focus on what is important again.  On my home and my friends and my family.  Sylvan is a big part of that and I am diving back into it with love and gusto and an urge to beat Link into shape.

I sincerely hope that I can earn the forgiveness of those who have been wronged with the way the shard has gone the last few weeks and that we can rebuild to what it should be.  Thank you everyone who has stood by us and behind us.

There will be a Scavenger Hunt on Tuesday at 8:00 PM EST.  Meet at the event center at that time to take part.

I am going to run a game of Capture the Candy Cane on Saturday at 2pm EST.  The game will run with Capture the Flag rules so it will be a pvp event.  Hope to see everyone there!

We will be having a Christmas House Deco contest.  Players have until the 19th to page staff and enter their homes.  Staff will vote on the houses and gates will be provided to all entrants.

The shard Christmas Party will be held on Saturday December 19th at 4pm EST.  There will be Santa, cookies, gifts, and who knows what else!

Hello all it is the time of year when we put away the turkey and begin to look over the horizon to Christmas!  There is a Holiday House built for players to enjoy, the gate is in the Meadow.  Please go look and see all the hard work our staffers put into it.

This year for the shard Christmas party we are going to be doing a "secret Santa".  For anyone unfamiliar with the concept, basically you put your name on the list for gift exchange and then pull a name out of hat and you get that person a gift.  I am hoping this helps build some community and fun for us all. 

If you would like to take part please PM me your name via the forums.  Include your player name in the PM so that I know who you are.  All names must be received by the 15th.  I will then PM you back with the name of the person you are getting a gift for. 

Date for the shard party will be finalized a little later, hope to see you all there and let the holiday season begin!

Okay guys we have some new addons in game and will be removing some old ones to help with lag and item count and what not on the shard.

IF you lose an old addon that you had just page staff and we will replace it.

These will be going into effect very soon so everyone pay attention to your deco.
