So,

I check my email today, and I receive information about the Halloween party, and realises that last time I was here was in ummm 2012 or something?

That mean that I got a crap load older since then, and honestly I can hardly remember anything, and I'm actually wondering what would happen if I would try to log in again.

Would anyone be able to tell me, like let's say if I should believe that I may have still an active account? What if I had a house, would it be still standing?

Kind of wondering if I should try and give it a lot on tonight

Sorry for my absence lately, I have been totally hooked and addicted to Civilization V, Gods & Kings at the moment.

Saturday night, I even did something I had not done in ages, which is play a game all night, until it gets light again outside!

Such an amazing game! Anyone else plays it? If so, maybe we should play multi player!

Since I was young, I had this quest book, where everything inside of it says completed, but I have not yet figured out how to redeem the quest and get the reward?

I am pretty sure it's probably something utterly simple, but yea, what must I do with that book in order to get the reward?

Meaning I have a whole day off, and it's a day where I don't take care of the kids so... What's up?

Can I make cool plans online for that day, or should I check eslewhere?

Basically, what are people up to on the 8th of October?

When I try to go to fel with the moongates, I noticed that only Occlo was opened.

Does that mean that all of the other moongates of Fel are inexistant, or are they just one way? And if I want to travel in felluca, do I have to bring a boat to exit occlo island to be able to go to the cities and to other locations?

Is there something majorly different there, or it's still just normal towns, and normal dungeons, just with fel rules?

I had a really strange, but entertaining dream last night, and I needed to share it with some people and try to see if anyone could think of a hidden meaning behind it.

Basically, one day I was not feeling very well, so I decided to go see a doctor and he prescribed me some medication. I take the pill, and then I go to sleep. When I woke up, I was in 2007, but fully aware that I come from 2012. Now the first thing that crossed my mind was my father, whom passed away this year. For some reason I decide to go see my mom, which had a picture in remembrance of my father. I was just afraid that my father would go there and see the picture so I dashed there. I did not manage to hide the picture, because my father showed up too early, but he was not one to really notice things, so he never saw the picture and decided to just go to sleep.

Then I decided to go visit where I work. For some reason, I was not working that day, but I managed to get in touch with my co-workers that were working at the time. After a little bit of fooling around, I decided to try to explain to one of them, that I actually come from 2012. No matter what I did, he could not nor wanted to believe me, understandable, even after I showed him the pill container that I had that was written the date given as in 2012. After that it was a bit unclear, and it was time to actually wake up (in 2012) again.

So yea, I thought that was really really strange, yet quite interesting. Does anyone have thoughts on this? Any dream psychology pro's here?

I don't know if that happens to other people as well, but I seem to get connection loss on a regular basis. It would be something like every hour or so, I get disconnected, no lag, no nothing involved, just promptly lose connection.

Is that something that other people are experiencing, or is it something that happens just to me. At the same time, sometimes when I relog I will not be able to play my macros again. For instance my vet macro would get stuck at "wait for target" as the target will never come up, or my peacemaking stayed stuck with a message saying "You must wait a few moments to use another skill" without ever being able to do it again. I have to completely shut down UO and restart it to get it fixed, until the next connection loss.

So am I the only one experiencing that? If so, does anyone have a clue what could be wrong with me, so I can try to fix it?

For the last two weeks or so, everytime I show up at worm our server crashed and we have to wait one or two hours before being able to do anything  even just going on internet. It is extremely irritating and feels like a huge waste of time.... just needed to vent as i am wastjng precious moments of my life at the moment...

In a time of strife and hardship, there was a single man named Bemis, and his beloved wife Lemia whom had access to outstanding amount of wealth. Determined to have a pleasant and peaceful live for their friends and relatives established a small kingdom, in the southern side of Sosaria. Perhaps was it for personal purposes and he simply wanted to be his own ruler, or perhaps it was for compassion and love of his comrades.

There once was a great castle, decorated with tact and precaution, where economy flourished, travelers came from across the land to visit their lands and do trades. They had a small quantity of good quality guards ensuring their protection from evil creatures roaming the land, and particularly from a certain group of brigands who often attempted to murder and steal from any caravan passing by. As the year went, measure had to be increased since the group of brigand doubled their efforts.

A small army was gathered. It used most of the guards from the castle along with a handful of volunteers who wanted to put an end to this. As they tracked down on their target, an immense battle followed. Many died, from both side, a blood shed to be forgotten it was. Unfortunately, due to an informant from inside the walls of the castle, the brigand were quite aware they were gonna be attacked, and thus was their wish. Making an alliance with a group of angry and blood thirsty orcs, they had a second group lead a raid against Bemis and his soldiers that were left in the castle.

What a horrible timing, was the only thing Bemis could think of, unaware that he has been betrayed by an unknown subject. Their defense was now thin, the orcs heavily outnumbered the whole population, mainly consisting of woman, children and merchant. The screams were loud, and never ending, one after an other, you would hear a small child cry for his mommy, only to hear the sound of axes waving around... It was unbearable...

Bemis went back to his room in the castle, warned his wife to protect their young daughter with her life and try to escape as soon as she has a chance, while he grabbed his sword and shield, ready to go in and protect his people. As he turned toward the door and opened it, a horde of orcs were awaiting for him. He swung his sword the best he could, without landing it, yet finding his body perforated from multiple weapons.

Lemia, terrified manage to grab a hold of her little girl and run toward the back door. Only a few inch away from the exit, an arrow pierced her heart and fell on the floor, leaving her daughter wide opened for the orcs to feast. As they approached the little girl, in an unexplainable circumstances a loud noise of magic and sorcery filled the room, having a cloaked figure grabbing a hold of the little, to simply vanish in the same way seconds later.

The cloaked figure was nothing more, than the maid from the castle, having some basic skills of magery, she managed to take the little girl away from certain death. Being so young the little girl who was unable to talk yet had very little idea of what had just happened, all she know is that she was with a familiar face, which means that things should be alright.

As they walked away, from a burning castle and decimated population, the maid had several tears flowing down her cheeks, she walked, and walked, and walked endlessly, trying to find a safe place for her king's daughter. Somewhere in the middle of yew forest, an inevitable strike of fate, had her suffer from a severe heart attack... Falling on the ground, leaving the child rolling over on the ground, as she took a last look at her, hearing wolves howling, and bears growling...

To this day, little is known about what happened to her, nor does anyone really know of her existence...

[I am new with this, I need critics and comments, this is basically a part of a back-story for one of my character. I would really appreciate if people would tell me what they think, what I've done wrong, am I writing in an okay manner, is there something that does not make sense, is it too cheesy, or anything really. I definitely need feedback to make sure if I will be on the right track with this or not, thanks in advance]

I hear people talking about druid spells, which correct me if I'm wrong but I believe I understand that they are triggered using some brackets commands.

I would assume, since Spellweaving is the only skill that has a 0 cap that the druid spells are actually, either in part or integral, the spell weaving collection.

Basically I would need some details about that, because at first, before I realized that spellweaving was locked at 0, I had planned it for a character. Now that I screwed myself with that, but heard about the druid spells, I'm quite interested to hear what that's all about, what are the druid spells available, and how someone would go into learning those, and see if I will be able to complete Lucrezia the way I planned her originally!

So yesterday, I did my first walk through the lands of Sylvan Heart.

I took the moongate to paws, went down close to Trinsic before I decided to head back, walked through Britain and made my way, eventually to Vesper where I crashed for the night. During that trip, a few questions arose and figured I would ask about it.

I manage to get my first kill, which was a desert troll, after a good 15 minutes of non effective fireballs, lightning strikes and poisons, I finally manage to put him down. To my outmost surprise, I did not get looting rights? I was wondering what it is that I have done wrong. Perhaps was it that I am still of "young" status, or perhaps it took too long for me to kill it, or perhaps that doing the majority of damage with poison, my poison got the looting rights, but not I? If anyone can answer that, I am most curious to hear. (I just waited a few minutes and manage to get my 74 gold coin and 10 leather eventually)

Another thing I noticed, was that in the original towns, many buildings are took down. Is there any reason for that? And on a similar subject, I saw many placed house within the cities. Just wondering what are the idea, objectives, and reason for it. Can anyone place a house within guard zones, or is it done on a case by case basis?

Overall, it was a pleasant walk, and I am looking forward to the next one.
