there is no command to put your loot from a treasure chest in a bag other than your main pack.  Yes its a pain and a big mess sooooo,,, I set up a restock macro using Razor.  It takes a while to set since yu need to target each Type of item you want to take from treasure chests.  iE: each gem, gold, scroll(target one and you get em all) then there is the armor and augments.  What I did is spend a bit of time at each chest with the restock agent and added items and set the amounts at 999,  gold at 9999999.  You will figure it out.  My :Puter is broken but I should be getting it back from the shop tomorrow and i WILL BE SPENDING TIME ON FINALLY.  Watch for Scathach/festus and yell at me and I can help if you need it.
Once its set up its pretty fast to do a chest. 
I hit f4 (lockpick) then target chest.  then hit my restock macro button and it opens chest and explodes then restock again and it emptys the chest.  Takes maybe .....seconds.

Yep when the going gets tough im gonna try potions.  Strong Arm Magee has been busy makeing kegs of potions for greater heal, Greater Agility and Greater Str.  I havent tried out the Greater Explosion potions yet but am curious how and if they will help at all.  It just seems there are times when I need just enough stamina or just enough hp to get though or over the hump.  Could this be the secret?   We shall see.
If anyone is intrested in trying let Magee or Scathach or Festus know. 

I did hear Magee the other day talking about how difficult it is to build potioin kegs.  I just laughed at him as I to remember making them in the past.

Well,,,Blacksmithy, Tailor and Tinker left and Festus is finished.  Then the long road of building and agumenting armor and jewelry.  Then the even longer road of you all hearing and seeing the Festus Death Moan while I learn to play him.  hehe   Hoooo boy getting close.  By the end of next week for sure.

Its not you brother.  The server is  haveing some issues or the internet to the server is having issues.  I wonder if its always around  the same time of day.  We will all need to pay attention to the time it starts and post it here.
