With Cypress' permission I can Visit each teleport tile and verify that there is a vendor located at that tile and if not turn off the tile so as to not be able to tele from Moonglow.

I can gladly report that Scathach was recently seen roaming the caves below ground. From what I could tell She was spending most of her time running from things such as ettens Trolls and dragons. If you watch you may still find her bones laying about like so much refuse in her wake.
