It should be a registry entry file, so running it will basically ask you to merge it or not. When it asks, just go ahead and merge it, and that should fix the problem.

Trying to connect with Razor on my desktop (laptop works fine because it's only one drive, so default install) BUT my neanderthal brain is getting something wrong changing the cliloc file.  I have Sylvan installed on my D drive, in a folder called games, in it's own folder within.  The path SHOULD be D:\Games\Sylvan.  So on a 64 system the cliloc patch file should be changed to:

I might have suggested this years ago, and it may exist now (no idea honestly) but possibly an item similar to stag helm that increases thieving past cap?  Or decreases delay between uses?
