client exe problem

so i just downloaded UO on my new lappy with Vista and I was playing it for a while but now it suddenly went down and I can't get back on because client.exe is not working. This might have been answered but what do i have to do? I thought i followed everything... >.<

Stroem said he had this problem the other day but it got to working again?  I would suggest either to reinstall or get out the old hammer gun.

Vista sometimes doesn't like UO and you may have to download virtualpc from the Microsoft page.

compatibility mode on the client.exe in the uog folder for sylvan... plus administrative access for client.exe in the uog folder for sylvan...

To find the client.exe int he uog folder for sylvan, open up uogateway, go to the settings for sylvan in uogateway, and there'll be a path that shows you where the client.exe file is located.
