Honestly i havent been able to get on in a couple of days is the shard down ? it just sticks at verifying password......

No the shard is up and as been for a while, maybe you need to talk to Acacia incase something happened last crash/lockout.

Make sure you are checking your account name and password to make sure you have it in there correctly.   And... guys, really... if you go for days and can't log in, why aren't you contacting Admin to begin with??
