is there a daily maintainance?

every morning since the crash of oct 16th i havent been able to log on in the morning which is my main amount of time to play but when i get home from work i have no problems logging on but at that time i only have an hour to play so i was wondering if there was a maintainance going on each day? this morning i was able to log on at 7:30 am but as i went to click my char it froze and then i wasnt able to log on like the past days.

No we don't have daily maintenance times here and I don't think there have been any shard problems as yours is the only post I have seen.  It is possible there is a problem with your connection or something at that time?

aye maybe it is a server maintanence or maybe that is a busy time for your sever........ What type of connection?

i have cable and i have no problem connecting to anything else just the shard so im confused

The only other thing I can think of is maybe that is the busy time for your cable company? *laughs has really no idea*

Have you been able to log in at all outside of your morning lock out issue ? say in the evenings or something?

If you cant get back ingame at all regardless of time then you could try re-setting patches, reinstalling UOGatway if on the offchance something broke during a crash or revert and talking to an Admin to see if you have black holed

ya i was able to log in in the after noon and i think it was couse of Razor so i deleted it since i dont even know how to use it.

Yes, Razor causes issues quite frequently.   I'm sure some other Razor users can offer advise on it for you.

I use Razor and have no issues, but you have to be using an older version of Razor.  The newer versions conflict with our client.  There is a link on the Razor site for the "old" version.  If you weren't already using it and want to keep Razor, just download and install that "old" version and you should be fine.
