Unable to see itmes

I am having problems seeing some items like decorative screens and such is there a patch or something that I can install to get this working correctly?

Patch up to OSI to 5.0.6 and then reset your patches in gateway if you connect via that and you will have no trouble.  That is what I use and I can see everything.  If you connect via connectuo, Marlenus has explained how to fix that elsewhere on the boards.
