Economy and Mom n Pop Retail

It's now 12:30 pm, I haven't had a sale, a looky lou, or even a wrong number... I opened at 8:00am.

I work as a manager for a former small chain of pet stores, we had to close two this year. In southern California 67 small pet stores have closed. I don't know about where you guys live but its incredible, I gaze out into the shopping center that now only contains vehicles of the employees of other surrounding businesses. The flood of children asking moderately amusing questions, and the teenagers that want to hold everything in the store, while we both know they will never buy anything....

I MISS THEM lol....

I don't really have a point or anything.... just absolutely mind numbingly bored.... maybe i should install uo here...

The economy sucks... all the way around. Trickle down affect, trickle up affect, everyone is being hit by it.   We can just hope toward the future.   And, hey... I have some good rabbit recipes if it comes to that.

We actually do have a really good strain of extra large meat rabbits right now haven't had rabbit since i was a kid though.

    you could always move to china..  I mean,  they cook anything over there, not just rabbit  lol.   And definately instal uo at work, i reccomend it to anyone  LOL
