mark spell

   Are there any NPC vendors that have mark scrolls ?
I can't seem to find one anywhere and I'm new to the shard so the location of any player vendors are unknown to me also.

 fraid the NPC vendors dont play with mark scrolls. Once in game just ask anyone where to go to buy from a player vendor. there is a mall near town with telepads to and from them and also a new mall opening in trinsic for items such as the mark scrolls.
