Deleting house owning characters

Okay lately we have had a rash of people deleting their characters and not being able to access homes.  This is the official warning to get the house transferred FIRST.

Failure to do this might lead to "oh well, too bad so sad" syndrome of which there is no known cure at this time.

Been there did that once... it was not amusing for me OR the GM's. And they were nice about it  but what a pain for all involved
