Razor to work with Vista

To all the people who want to get razor to work with vista this is for you

What you need to do is download .Net 1.1 Redistributable Package from the Microsoft website
after you install this .net file you need to do one last step in order to get razor to work on vista

Set razors comparability to windows xp service package 2

after you do those steps you should be able to run razor on vista as long as all uogateway is set up to run razor if you find this helpful let me please post your results

Oh and make sure its razor 1.0 and not 2.0 or whatever.

It also worked for me with Windows XP 32bit

Takes some work with 64 bit vista. I had to uninstall all previous .net versions an restart a few times before installing .net 1.1 )(Which I had done many times before with no success.). I installed/re-installed razor and UOGateway a few times and after many errors I hit the magic and it worked. I did nothing different than the previous installation attempts so I cannot give a reason why it worked this time. Good luck!

Edited to add: Not stable. Keeps crashing and closing out UO. Seems fine to load to use the sell agent or at keys macroing, but not good for hunting or afk hunting. Use VirtualPC or Sun's Virtualbox and run a copy of xp if you want stable razor. /shrug
