Currently this is my min/max for my ranged mage.  I'll describe how she works following the skills, as well as why I chose them as such:

Vet - 118 (118)
Lore - 100 (218)
Tame - 120 (338)
Healing - 80 (418)
Anat - 80 (498)
Magery - 120 (618)
Inscription - 120 (738)
Eval Int - 120 (858)
Parrying - 120 (978)
Meditation - 120 (1098)
Focus - 102 (1200)

Chivalry - 25?

How she works - The mage is not the tank here, and should be hit very little.  The tank is to be either the pet she uses, or whoever she hunts with at the time.  Ranged casting is the entire game.

Reasoning -
Vet 118 is the minimum for 100% chance to resurrect a bonded pet.  It also allows for 100% poison removal chance (even level 5 poison).
Lore 100 is for her backup spell group.  (required for her staff.  See post about Druids under "the Professionals" if you don't understand)
Tame 120 is for animal control of my Wyrm and any other pet I get.  (so far highest I found on OSI char required 120 taming and 91 Lore)
Healing/Anatomy 80 is the min required for resurrecting other players.  Yes I have the resurrect spell, but this also allows for 29-50 hp to be healed per self-bandage in case I do get hit by spells/ranged attacks... or if something reaches me.  29-50 is compared to 43-70 if I go 120/120 or 36-60 for 100/100.
Magery/Inscription/Eval Int 120 is for spell casting chance and damage.  Plain and simple.
Parrying 120 is in case anything reaches her and she has to live until the mob is picked up.
Meditation 120 is for Mana regen (1.6 mana per second)
Focus 102 is using the rest of the points for a little more mana (0.51 mana per second)

Chivalry 25 is the minimum for Divine Fury.  This is a slim chance to recover stamina (which shouldn't drop since she "shouldn't" get hit).  If it is taken, Focus drops to 77 and lowers mana by .125 per second.  Lowering Focus to 40 and taking Chivalry to 62 would bring mana per second to a total of 1.8025.

Is Divine Fury worth it for emergency stamina regen if she shouldn't be getting hit to begin with?  Also, any ideas on how to further tighten the build?

Edit: She uses a spellbook (for slayer mod to spell damage) and a shield for sockets.
