OK DO NOT RESPOND HERE PM ME IN GAME!

I have asked around quietly now for a few days and nobody knows where these are.  I KNOW we have them as I have one at my house, artifact rarity 5, but they do not spawn in the locations they were originally programmed to in OSI.  If ANYONE knows where they PM me and I will pay 25k for the information if it is accurate.

I doubt they were solely Fel as I bought one shortly after I had originally started before Fel was fully incorporated.  They may have been in Fel as well but they are supposed to spawn in Deceit as a daily
