Special arrows

It used to be that when you shot special arrows such as ice or poison arrows that if you got any of them back from the ground or a corpse, they were normal arrows.

Now (and at least for the time being), if you get any of them back, they are special arrows just as they were before!

Can someone PM me in the forums on how to make these arrows? Or maybe I am just missing something. Probably missing something if I am honest. I am a little slow at times.
