Account Problem. maybe?

Well i got the notification email saying my account has been made but when i try to log on i get the " you ID credentials are invalid please check you entered them correctly" message.

i was just wondering if theres a time period that must pass before new accounts get registered  in the system?

Are you sure that your game client connects to Sylvan Heart?

If I send you an account acceptance message, it means the account is set up for access.  There are times I might make a typo, and even times when an account name or password is too long for the game to be happy with.  This kind of thing happens, you need to message me, because I'm the only one who can do anything about it.   There was an issue with the password.  You are good to go now.

Hmm, there still appears to be a problem but ill keep checking stuff my end

ok im using:

UOGateway 1.9.1266

and i used the "one-click" link to get the shard info, 2d client (i can see the custom log in screen and has UO version 4.0.5b[patch unknown)
