History of Bloodytusks Clan

The Bloodytusks Clan was ruled by a massive Warboss Uruk-hai named Gorbad Bloodytusks who sought to unite all orc, goblin and troll clans forming what humans and other races called "The Black Horde". The Black Horde swept thru the human lands like a deadly plague killing all before them. Trapped in Britain and without aid the humans feared all was lost. A brave soldier was sent forth to the elves to ask for there aid. Bloody and battered and almost dead the soldier managed to reach the Elves who inturn sent a messenger to the Dwarves.
For the first time in 2 centuries the Elves and Dwarves united as one and swept down on the Black Horde decimating it's forces. The Goblins were completely wiped out as was most of the Trolls. The Orcs few in number retreated back east. In the "Battle of Britain" as it was later called, the Warboss Gorbad Bloodytusks was killed. Retreating to a small island in Tokuno the small force of Orcs set-up and lived in semi-peace with the surrounding area, going on small raids for resources. Content to eek out there exhistence there numbers grew and dwindled.
Gorbad Bloodytusks had several children and as the years passed his lineage grew but never produced a leader until one hot summer a great, great grandaughter gave birth to a large Uruk-hai boy who she named Grubbug. She knew in her heart the boy was destined to do great things and follow in Gorbads footsteps. She was right. The large boy turned into a massive Uruk-hai like Gorbad and took control of the Clan naming himself Warboss.
Once again the races of Sylvan Heart have reason to fear, for there are dark rumors running thru towns of a large Warboss stirring up trouble. One rumor speaks of the Warboss Grubbug Bloodytusks calling upon the Bloodgod Gruumsh to aid his people once more and give the Bloodytusks Clan minion over humans once again.

Roleplay Rules

If you want to join the clan after making an Orc learn the orc language. Doesn't have to be perfect.

While in Orc Territory stay ic- in-character. Roleplay an Orc. Absolutely no OOC and stay in the Orc Form. If you have to stable pet then do so but stay in Orc Form.

Follow orders. When or if we get enough players there will be ranks. I won't enforce what ranks are supposed to wear what. Maybe later if our numbers grow.

Proper Orc Name. If you do not have a proper orc name you will not be accepted into the clan. Here are a few examples- Gludbog, Ulgha, Kubguk, Duugh, Tobdakh, Zugrak, Drutrug, Thokgor, Zikgor, Bugrog, Brughnab, Mashnakh,Sugugh, Bludmuk, Sagdakh, Skagblug, Thughnab, Odbog, Ruglut,Garzuk, Drurk, Hubbag, Brubbag, Glagha, Sulgob, Grubbug

Rules For Orc Town

ROLEPLAY!!!  All orcs roleplay and you should too. Bring a tribute for the Bloodgod - in order to get safe passage through orc lands.

Do whatever an orc tells you to do regardless of the orc's rank while in orc lands.

Never enter the orc town without a grunt or a higher ranks permission. A tribute to the orcish Bloodgod will get you in. But be prepared that the hospitality can turn into hostility at any time.

If you want entrance to the orc town.  Appear non-hostile without helm or drawn weapons - otherwise you will likely be viewed with suspicion or get clomped.

Never loot a corpse in the fort. Better run from the orc town if there is some fighting taking place.

Never interfer with an orc fight and dont start one. If you fight one orc for any reason you are fighting the entire clan.

Never fight another human inside the fort. Take your fights elsewhere or orcs might end up clomping all.

General Orc Rank Structure

All the ranks below are typically only filled by fighter orcs. Shamans and Casters are typically ill-suited for the rigors of being a fighter within the clan. These classes typically have no rank, but are judged by the merits of their abilities and notoriety. Shamans, Casters rarely attach themselves to any one clan.

These titles are listed in order of hierarchical rank from the lowest to the highest.

Pug - A pug is a typically a title of punishment. A pug refers to a weak and useless orc. A pug can never join a clan and is never allowed to possess a weapon. A clan chief may declare any orc to be a pug. This may be a permanent "pug'ing", or it may be a temporary punishment. Most orcs would prefer death instead of being deemed a pug. Female orcs, young and slaves hold more "rank" than a pug. They are the lowest of the low! Most orcs that become "pug'ed" kill themselves - which is usually the intent behind the chief's decision to label them a pug. An act of complete cowardice or outright disobedience will usually warrant the title of pug - killing such a pathetic and useless orc would be deemed an insult to any executioner.

Grunt - A new orc warrior to a clan. The grunt is usually not referred to by his name - only as "grunt". When the grunt has sufficiently proven himself in battle(s), then the Bandmaster will declare his official acceptance as a band-mate.

Orc - All orcs who are not a ranked orc, or a grunt are simply referred to as being an orc, (which is far better than being called a Grunt).

Bandmaster - A sergeant in command of a unit or orcs.

Warchief - A sub-commander who assists a chief with running a clan.

Warboss - The commander of a clan.

Gruumsh the Bluudgud

Gruumsh. One-Eye. He-Who-Watches. He-Who-Never-Sleeps. Gruumsh is the head of the pantheon of orcs. No other orcish god would dare to challenge him. Legends tell of one or two that tried, and were utterly destroyed by Gruumsh. Gruumsh is a god of war first and foremost. He is brutal and fearsome. Gruumsh constantly seeks to expand the orcs territory until the day they control all the land. Even though most of Gruumsh's time is spent in the Nine Hells commanding his spirit orc troops against the goblins, it is said that he is watching each and every orc and judges his worth.

Found written on a very large stone tablet-

In the beginning all the gods met and drew lots for the parts of the world in which their representative races would dwell. The human gods drew the lot that allowed humans to dwell where they pleased, in any environment. The elven gods drew the green forests, the dwarven deities drew the high mountains, the gnomish gods the rocky, sunlit hills, and the halfling gods picked the lot that gave them the fields and meadows. Then the assembled gods turned to the orcish gods and laughed loud and long. "All the lots are taken!" they said tauntingly. "Where will your people dwell, One-Eye? There is no place left!"

There was silence upon the world then, as Gruumsh One-Eye lifted his great iron spear and stretched it over the world. The shaft blotted the sun over a great part of the lands as he spoke: "No! You Lie! You have rigged the drawing of the lots, hoping to cheat me and my followers. But One-Eye never sleeps. One-Eye sees all. there is a place for orcs to dwell... here!", he bellowed, and his spear pierced the mountains, opening a mighty rift and chasms. "And here!", and the spearhead split the hills and made them shake and covered them in dust. "And here!", and the black spear gouged the meadows and made them bare.

"There!" roared He-Who-Watches triumphantly, and his voice carried to the ends of the world. "There is where the orcs shall dwell! There they will survive, and multiply, and grow stronger, and a day will come when they cover the world, and they will slay all of your collective peoples! Orcs shall inherit the world you sought to cheat me of!"
