*shrugs* Well a server has hiccups every now and then just like everything else in life. Might be a inconvenience but im sure things will get worked out

It is likely down due to work being done as part of repair works on infrastructure (electric, telephone...etc lines) that where likely destroyed or damaged and needing to be replaced as a consequence of the Hurricane the host's region had last I knew. Expect outages and down time for at least one more full week at best, maybe more if the host is in a rural or poorer area.

It's not a dig at the host, rural properties can be quite expensive, however utility, ISP and telecommunication companies work to an order, essential lines first (emergency networks and backbone lines), then valuable business and commercial lines/ regions and then they start work on everyone else with the most valuable (most customers) being higher in the list than areas with fewer customers (whether a result of an areas poverty or population density doesn't matter).
