True!! I mean, I eat it plain sometimes too (mostly if I'm sick), but it's amazing the things that can be done with ramen! From something as simple as adding some fresh veggies and herbs, to ignoring the flavoring package that comes with the soup and using your own soup stock, or just eating the noodles with a bit of olive oil, herbs, and grated parmesean cheese! I mean, heck, it's noodles! Noodles are an all-purpose food!
