I believe it used to be more meaningful than it is now... these days I'd say it can sometimes be a expression of subconscience fears or desires or something... or it can just as easily be a random combination of stuff because your mind is sorting through all the mess you've put into it LOL  -  Human version of a computer defragment maybe?  hehe
